The AWESOME, caring, friendly and professional office staff of Novelly Family Dentistry, especially Sheila, Eliza, and Dr. Pope, saved me from pain and possibly not eating much for days when I was surprised with a broken crown while just gently chewing on some Clif Bloks while working out. Luckily, I did not swallow or damage the crown and in the middle of a pandemic and while short-staffed like everyone else, one phone call provided me with great relief, so I did not have to worry for days about a possible infection or worsening pain. They were able to get me in the office for a highly successful appointment at a very reasonable price. Novelly Family Dentistry is now my new dentist of choice in Arizona, I cannot say enough about their staff, beautiful office, and fantastic location in Chandler.

We couldn’t be happier. The office staff squeezed us in for what I thought was an emergency situation and we weren’t even established patients yet- they moved our appointments around to check a cracked tooth for my son. Our hygienist was so friendly and Dr Pope was so kind. Many thanks to the office staff as well for arranging a last minute appointment. I can’t believe it took us so long to make the decision to come to the practice- it has been recommended by many of my friends over the years.
