After a failed appointment with one of those corporate dental offices, I popped in the office of Novelly Dentistry. I had no appointment, and have no insurance. I was greeted by this most friendly receptionist who, after hearing my circumstances, spoke with Dr. Brady Pope, and asked me to return in 2 hrs., best decision I ever made. You see I walked into their offices with tooth in hand asking for a miracle. My 10 year old mouth of crowns are breaking and falling out, and now requiring a full set of dentures. Upon examination, I was presented with a plan I could afford, and Dr. Pope was able to set in place my missing front tooth-"Guaranteed to stay as far as the parking lot", he said. You're not supposed to have a good time visiting the dentist-but that was not the case here. My loving wife and I left with an experience we won't soon forget, from the Receptionist Aber, the Dental Assistant Sharika, and Dr. Pope himself. It's more of a feeling, that words can't describe, you will not be disappointed. I broke a tooth on a Thursday night, Friday morning I was a new patient they helped get things fixed. I never expected to be seen so fast and am extremely impressed and appreciative. The staff is magnificent and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything about a crown procedure and made me feel safe.
